Graduation & Event Announcements in St. Cloud, MN
Graduation cards, open-house invitations and milestone announcements printed locally, with matching envelopes and a real proof before anything runs.
Announcement orders are small by nature and that is exactly how we quote them. Sixty for the family and the neighbors is as real an order as three hundred, and we would rather print the number you are mailing than sell you a box.
How we handle short runsThe announcement is the one thing people keep
A graduation announcement goes on a fridge and stays there for a year. It is worth more than the fifteen minutes an online template gives it — and it is worth seeing a real proof on real paper before three hundred of them print with the wrong date.
We print the whole set locally: the announcement, the photo card, the open-house invitation, matching envelopes, and thank-you cards for afterwards. Bring us the date you need them in hand and we will tell you honestly whether it is comfortable or tight before you commit to anything.
What we print
Choose the materials and finishing that fit your project — and ask us anything you don't see here.
Graduation announcements
Flat or folded cards in standard invitation sizes, with school colors, year and details laid out properly.
Photo cards
Full-color photo announcements on heavy stock — send the file and we will tell you honestly whether the resolution holds up at print size.
Open-house invitations
Party details as a separate insert or on the reverse, so one mailing covers the announcement and the invitation together.
Matching envelopes
Printed or blank envelopes sized to the card, with return addresses printed on if you would rather not hand-write eighty of them.
Premium finishes
Foil, embossing, rounded corners and heavier stocks when it should feel like more than a postcard.
Thank-you cards
Matching thank-you notes printed at the same time, because they are needed three weeks later and nobody plans for them.

Good questions, answered.
Still wondering about something? There are more printing questions answered, or just call (320) 240-8880 and ask.
How many should I order?
Count households, not people — one card per family. Then add ten or fifteen for the ones you forget, the grandparents who want a spare, and the one that goes in the album. There is no minimum here, so ordering close to your real number is the whole point.
When should I order graduation announcements?
Sooner is easier than later, mostly because you will want time to look at a proof and change your mind about the photo. Tell us the date you need them in hand when you ask for the quote and we will tell you straight whether it is comfortable. If it is tight, call rather than email — see rush printing.
Will my phone photo print well?
Often yes, sometimes no — and we will tell you before you commit. Phone photos are usually fine at announcement size if they were taken in good light and have not been through a messaging app, which strips resolution. Send it over and we will check it against the print size.
Can you print the envelopes too?
Yes — return addresses printed on the envelopes, and we can address the whole mailing from your list if you would rather not hand-write them. See mailing services.
Do you design them, or do I pick a template?
Both work. Our design team can build one around your photo and school colors, or bring a design you have already settled on and we will get it press-ready.
