Sequential numbering
Consecutive numbers printed on both the ticket and its stub so they match, starting at whatever number you like. Numbering across multiple books stays continuous.
Perforated tear-off stubs
A clean, reliable perforation that separates in one pull. The stub carries name and phone lines; the ticket half stays with the buyer.
Sizes and formats
Standard single-stub tickets, double-stub for two draws, and larger formats when the prize list or the required wording needs the room.
Books or loose sets
Padded into books for handing out to sellers, or supplied loose. Books make it far easier to track who has sold what at the end of the night.
Color and stock
Single color on colored stock is the economical classic; full color works when a sponsor logo or a photo of the prize has to be on it.

Is there a minimum number of tickets?
No. Two hundred tickets for a parish festival is a completely normal order here, and it gets the same numbering and perforation as a run of twenty thousand. Small fundraisers are most of this work — see short-run printing.
Does my raffle ticket need specific information printed on it?
Very likely, yes. If your organization is running the raffle under a Minnesota lawful-gambling license or an exemption, the state sets requirements for what has to appear on the ticket. We're your printer, not your compliance advisor — confirm the current rules with the Minnesota Gambling Control Board or your organization's gambling manager, then send us the required wording and we'll lay it out correctly and legibly.
How does the numbering work?
We print consecutive numbers on both halves of each ticket so the stub you keep matches the ticket the buyer takes away. Numbering can start at any value, and it runs continuously across every book in the order so nothing repeats.
How far ahead should I order?
Sooner than most committees think. Tickets have to be printed before your sellers can start, so working back from the draw date is the right way to plan it. Tell us your event date when you ask for the quote and we'll tell you honestly whether it's comfortable or tight — and if it's genuinely urgent, see rush printing.
Can you design the ticket, or do I need a finished file?
Either. Send a print-ready file and we'll go straight to proof, or hand us the prize list, the draw details and your logo and our design team will build the ticket from scratch. Most organizations send us last year's ticket and ask us to update it.
