Because we print everything in-house, your whole suite stays consistent and on schedule, and you're never more than a phone call away from the people making it.
The shop is at 800 Industrial Dr S in Sauk Rapids, about three miles from downtown St. Cloud. If you live further away, files and proofs can go back and forth by email, so the trips you make are the ones worth making: to put your hands on the paper, and to collect the finished suite.

Five steps, one shop, and a real person at every one of them. Nothing prints until you say go.
- Bring the basics. Your date, your colors and roughly how many households you’re inviting. A rough idea is enough for a first quote, and the date matters most, because everything else is planned back from it.
- Choose the paper. Stocks and finishes are hard to judge on a screen, so stop in during business hours and we’ll put samples in your hands. Torn between two? Ask us to quote both.
- Design it with us, or bring your design. Our design team can build the suite with you from scratch and help with the wording, or we print from the files you or your artist already have.
- Approve a real proof. You check every name, date and time before anything runs. Proofs can come by email, or you can look at one at the counter on the paper it will print on.
- Collect it. Pick the finished suite up at the Sauk Rapids shop, or ask about local delivery. We can print return addresses on the envelopes and address them from your guest list, so they are ready to mail.

Paper you can touch
Heavy cotton-feel stocks, soft-touch, foil and letterpress-style impressions are all options. The Sauk Rapids counter is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no appointment needed, so you can choose by feel rather than from a screen.
What moves the price
Quantity, paper stock, one side or two, and finishing like foil. Finishes are itemized on the quote, so you can see what each one adds and drop it if you’d rather. Quotes are free and usually back within one business day.
How long it takes
Most print jobs here are ready three to five business days after you approve the proof. Foil and other premium finishes take longer, and design and proof rounds come first, so get in touch as soon as you have your date and colors.

Can you design our invitations, or do we bring a design?
Both. Many couples design the whole suite with us from scratch, and we'll guide you through papers, colors and wording. If you already have a design or are working with an artist, we can print from your files too.
Do we get to see a proof before printing?
Always. You'll review and approve a real proof before anything runs, and because we're local you can stop into the Sauk Rapids shop to see and feel paper samples in person.
How many invitations should we order?
Count households, not guests: one invitation per couple or family. Then add a few spares for the album and the ones that go missing. There is no minimum here, so ordering close to your real number is the whole point.
How far ahead should we order?
Earlier is better. Premium finishes like foil take extra time, and you'll want invitations mailed well before the date. Reach out as soon as you have your date and colors and we'll map out a timeline that keeps you relaxed.
How much do wedding invitations cost?
It depends on the quantity, the paper, one side or two, and finishing like foil, so we quote rather than publish a price list. Tell us your guest count and the pieces you want and we'll send an itemized quote, usually within one business day. Ask for two quantities or two stocks if it helps you compare. Can you print our envelopes too?
Yes. A2, A6, A7 and announcement envelopes sized for invitations, RSVP cards and thank-you notes, with your return address printed on. We can also address them from your guest list if you would rather not hand-write them. See envelopes.
Can you print just part of the suite?
Of course. Some couples want the full suite; others just need programs, menus and place cards to match invitations they bought elsewhere. We're happy to do as much or as little as you need.
We don't live near St. Cloud. Can we still order?
Yes. Email your files or upload them, approve the proof by email, and collect the finished suite from the Sauk Rapids shop. If you would like it delivered, ask: delivery depends on distance, and if it adds a cost you will see it on the quote before you agree to anything.
Can we order more thank-you cards later?
Yes. We keep your file on record, so a reorder is a phone call and a quick proof rather than a new setup, and the new cards match the first batch.
