Why we won't promise same-day on a web page
No printer can honestly guarantee same-day work to someone they haven't spoken to. Whether your job can be finished today depends on what it is, what's already on the presses, and how ready your file actually is. A shop that guarantees it sight-unseen is either padding every deadline it quotes or about to let somebody down.
What we will promise is a straight answer, fast. Call during business hours and you reach someone standing near the equipment who can look at today's schedule and say yes, no, or "yes, if I have the file by two." Simple digital copies are frequently ready the same day or the next. Anything involving finishing, specialty stock or large format needs an actual conversation first.
Being small and local is the whole advantage here. There's no ticket queue, no offshore support desk, and no expedited-shipping upcharge that still takes three days to arrive. If the answer is no, you'll have it inside two minutes and can spend the rest of the afternoon on a plan B instead of refreshing an order status page.
How to give a rush job its best chance

Call — don't email
For a genuine rush, the phone is the only channel that gets you an answer in minutes. Email is fine for everything else; it is not fine when the deadline is today.
Send a print-ready PDF
A clean PDF with fonts embedded goes straight to press. A file that needs fixing adds a step, and on a same-day job that step is often the one that makes it a next-day job.
Be flexible on stock
If you can take whatever's already loaded rather than a specialty sheet we'd have to order, your odds improve enormously. Ask us what's on hand.
Keep the finishing simple
Straight cuts and a fold are fast. Foil, embossing, binding and specialty die-cuts are not, and no amount of urgency changes that.
Plan to pick it up
Collecting it from the shop removes a delivery window from the schedule, and our counter is about three miles from downtown St. Cloud.
Tell us the real deadline
Not a padded one. If we know it's Friday at nine for a nine-thirty meeting, we can sequence around it. Fake deadlines waste the flexibility you might genuinely need later.

Do you guarantee same-day printing?
Not sight-unseen, and we'd be suspicious of anyone who did. What we guarantee is a straight answer during business hours: call and we'll check what's running and tell you yes, no, or what would have to happen. Most people find that more useful than a promise that gets walked back.
What can usually be turned around fast?
Simple digital copies and straightforward document printing are frequently ready the same day or the next. Short digital runs of flyers or cards are often quick. Anything with specialty finishing, unusual stock, large-format material or bindery work realistically needs more time — but call and ask, because it depends on the day.
What's the latest I can call?
We're open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The earlier in the day you call, the more of that day is still available to your job — a nine o'clock call has options that a four o'clock call does not.
Will a rush cost more?
It depends on what hitting your date actually takes. If it means moving other work or sourcing material quickly, that shows up in the quote — and you'll see the number before we start, never for the first time on the invoice.
Can I send the file instead of driving over?
Yes. Upload your files here or email them, then call to confirm we've got them and to get the deadline checked. For a rush, always make the call — don't assume a sent file has been seen.
