Printing for the St. Cloud area.
Six towns have their own page below, and plenty of smaller places in three counties are an easy drive from our counter. If you're within about half an hour of Sauk Rapids, we're your local printer.
One shop, three counties
Crown Press has printed from the same building on Industrial Drive South in Sauk Rapids for more than twenty-five years. Everything is made here — no broker in the middle, no job shipped to a plant in another state and trucked back with a markup on it.
That matters most for small orders. When a hundred flyers have to be right and have to be ready Thursday, being fifteen minutes away beats being cheap online. You can drop off originals, look at a proof on real paper, change your mind about the stock, and pick the job up on your way home.
Where most of our
work goes.
Each one has a page with driving directions, the kind of small orders we run for it, and what local businesses there order most.

How far is it, really
Most of our customers are inside a twenty-minute drive. St. Cloud is about three miles from our door, Sartell about five, Waite Park about six — closer than most people assume, because the shop sits just across the river rather than out on a highway somewhere.
Further out, Foley is about thirteen miles and the Becker and Big Lake stretch of the Highway 10 corridor runs twenty-five to thirty. At that distance a lot of clients simply email the file and collect the job on a trip they were making into St. Cloud anyway, or have us batch a small order with their next one.
If you're outside that circle and still want a local printer rather than a website, call and ask. We'd rather tell you honestly whether the drive is worth it than quote a job you'll regret collecting.
Distance, delivery and drop-offs.
More in the general printing FAQ, or call (320) 240-8880 and ask about your town.
Do you deliver, or do I have to come in?
Both work. Local delivery is available around the St. Cloud area, you're welcome to collect from the counter during business hours, and for mailings we take the job straight to the USPS so it never comes back to you at all. Tell us which you'd prefer when you get your quote.
I'm in a small town you haven't listed. Will you still print for me?
Almost certainly. The list above is the places we're asked about most, not a boundary. We print for businesses, churches, schools and families across Benton, Stearns and Sherburne counties — call and we'll tell you straight whether the distance makes sense for what you're ordering.
Is it worth driving in for a small job?
That's exactly the kind of job we're set up for, so usually yes — and you can often avoid the trip entirely. Email the file or upload it, approve the proof by email, then collect it when you're next in town. See short-run printing.
Do you charge more if I'm further away?
Printing costs what printing costs regardless of your address. If you want it delivered and you're a long way out, delivery may be a line on the quote — and you'll see it there before you agree to anything.
Wherever you are, ask
Tell us your town and what you need. We’ll quote it — usually within one business day — and tell you honestly whether the drive is worth it.
Rather just talk?(320) 240-8880Closer than you think. Come see.
Three miles from downtown St. Cloud, and small orders are genuinely welcome. Call, email or send your details.
