Menu Printing in St. Cloud, MN
Menus that hold up to a Friday dinner service and are cheap enough to reprint when the prices change. Printed locally, kept on file, reordered with a phone call.
Menus change. Prices move, a supplier drops an item, the specials rotate — so printing two years of stock is money sitting in a cupboard. We’ll run what this season actually needs and keep your file ready for the next one.
How we handle short runsA menu is a reprint, not a one-off
Every restaurant we print for has the same story: the menu was expensive, so it got laminated and kept — and then beef went up, an item got dropped, and now there is a sticker over one line and a pen mark through another. It looks exactly as bad to a first-time customer as it sounds.
The fix is not a better menu, it is a cheaper reprint. We keep your layout on file, so changing three prices and running a fresh batch is a phone call and a couple of days rather than a redesign. Print what the season needs, change what you like, and come back when the specials rotate.
Formats & finishes
Choose the materials and finishing that fit your project — and ask us anything you don't see here.
Dine-in menus
Single sheet, folded or multi-page, on heavy coated stock that resists fingerprints and the occasional spill.
Laminated menus
For menus handled all night, laminate adds real durability and wipes clean between covers.
To-go & delivery menus
Lighter stock built for takeout bags, counters and door drops — cheap enough to hand out freely.
Drink, wine & dessert lists
Narrow inserts and separate cards that sit alongside the main menu without reprinting the whole thing.
Specials & inserts
Slip-in strips and daily specials cards, so a rotating item never means reprinting your entire menu.
Table tents & counter cards
Folded tents and counter signage that match the menu, so the whole room looks like one restaurant.

Good questions, answered.
Still wondering about something? There are more printing questions answered, or just call (320) 240-8880 and ask.
Is there a minimum on menus?
No. A cafe reprinting thirty menus after a price change is a completely normal order here, and so is a few hundred for a new restaurant. See short-run printing for how we handle small quantities.
My prices change constantly. What is the smartest way to print?
Separate the parts that move from the parts that do not. Keep the core menu stable and put the volatile items on a slip-in insert or a specials card, then reprint only the insert. It costs a fraction of a full reprint and stops your menu looking marked up.
Can you laminate them?
Yes — laminate is usually the right call for menus handled every service, because it wipes clean and survives the wear. It also fixes the menu in place, so if your prices move often we will talk you through whether a cheaper unlaminated reprint actually serves you better.
Do you still have our menu on file?
If we printed it, yes. Reorders are a phone call — tell us what changed and we will send a proof of the updated version rather than starting over.
Can you design the menu, or do I need a finished file?
Either. Send a print-ready file and we go straight to proof, or hand us the item list and our design team will lay it out. Most restaurants send us the current menu and ask us to clean it up.
