Printing for schools & education
Programs, schedules, fundraiser tickets and spirit signage — on a school budget and a schedule that will not move.
The date is the date
School printing runs on a calendar nobody can negotiate with. The concert is Thursday. The season starts Monday. The banquet is the fifteenth. Everything else about the job can flex — quantity, stock, colour — but the date cannot, and any printer who treats it as an estimate is the wrong printer.
The other constant is that the quantities are small and specific. Eighty programs for one evening, a hundred and twenty schedules for a team, three hundred tickets for a fundraiser. Those are exactly the runs that a shop priced for volume handles badly and we handle every week.
How school work actually runs
The things that actually go wrong on this kind of work — and how we head them off before the run.
Fixed dates, planned backwards
Tell us the event date rather than a print date and we will work back from it, including proof time. If it is not realistic you will hear that immediately.
Budgets that are already committed
We will tell you where spending less changes nothing visible — and where it genuinely would show, so the money goes to the right piece.
Short runs, no minimum
Eighty programs is a real order. Nobody should be printing three hundred because a minimum said so.
Files from whoever had time
Programs get laid out by a coach, a parent or a student. Send it over and we will tell you plainly what needs fixing.
What Schools & Education orders
Schools, athletic programs and booster clubs juggle a lot on a tight budget. We print the programs, tickets, banners and spirit wear that keep students, teams and fundraisers going — affordably.
Questions from this industry.
More in the general printing FAQ, or call (320) 240-8880 and describe the job.
Can you print eighty programs for one event?
Yes, and that is a completely ordinary order here. See short-run printing.
Our event is close. Can you still do it?
Call rather than email and we will check what is on the presses and give you a straight yes or no. See rush printing.
Do you print fundraiser and raffle tickets?
Yes — sequentially numbered with perforated stubs so you can track who sold what. See raffle tickets.
Can you do graduation announcements for families too?
We do, and we print them for individual families as readily as for the school. See graduation announcements.
